      • This weather is NOT normal for this area.. This spring has been down right strange! I do not mind the rain (we need it bad) but the cold and snow.. no thank you!

          • Interesting. Although nuts and seeds for general overeating? That sure causes me more problems!!!

            When I did EMF, the sugar cravings stopped dead in their tracks.

            • yeah, I saw the nuts and seeds thing.. I can't control sunflower seeds.. I MUST EAT THE WHOLE JAR! So what am I deprived of there?? LOL

              • by 8pm, the headache, neck and back ache are all but gone. i also took a good 2 hour nap, it was wonderful. i have not been real hungry today which is odd. I an just listening to my body and I figure if I am not showing sides of hunger all is well. Today has also been a good day with Lily. Iy could be because we BOTH took our meds?? LOL

                Gloomy, cold, misty day..Hoping to see Mr. Sunshine tomorrow.

                        • My personal bucket list is just to be able to do the pilates ABC all the way through once. (see pintrest)

                          Up a pound today but I succumbed last night- not to grains but to other. I am thinking the lack of hunger caught up with me. Anyway, moving on...

                          I am still awaiting sunshine... it suppose to be here with a high of 70!! This is something to be excited about!

                          • teacher appreciation week.. started with breakfast.. ugh.. yeah:

                            I said F-it and ate. I found it curious that I was not interested in fruit. However, I am not speeding through the rest of the day. I will eat well.

                                Maintaining weight.. this is fine with me until school lets out.

                                I am missing Lily's DARE graduation However, her grandma is going to make it.

                                Off to a great start today I think. I ran out of time to make breakfast this morning but I ran past sonic for a bacon egg toaster (tossed the toast). Hopefully with some good protein under my belt I can thwart cravings.

                                Hello sunshine!! The weather is looking up in the Sunflower state! Oh and holy snipes batman.. I am wearing a skirt (with shorts under- it cute)! LOL
