I am just not good with limiting them. I mean I am good at limiting them at each serving, but once I have a serving, I usually end up with 1 or 2 more servings throughout the day. Someday, maybe. I can add them to a salad and I do ok with that.
You do have a lot of restrictions, it is too bad you are not a picky eater, then most of what you can't have you wouldn't even like.
