    • Yes, 12 jumps really fast. A whole lot easier than individual slower jumps right now. Not only do I need to strap the girls in, I need to jump where I don't have three big dogs "encouraging" me by barking at the jump rope!

        • That's funny.

We chalked a hopscotch onto our sidewalk the other day... and tried it! OMG... I can't believe how hard it is to "hop"... gotta work on that! I'm thinking I need to work some "Burpees" into my life...

          • Hopscotch! What a great idea. I may need to try that but first I am buying the strongest booby squasher (sport bra) I can find. Gravity does just fine making them droop. I don't need to hasten it along by not strapping them down.

Today was an unplanned upper body workout. I was just going to spread a small amount of compost around the three new thornless blackberries, honest. I ended up completely emptying out the big bin of finished compost (thank goodness for a good pitchfork), spreading it all over the area the blackberries are planted and doing the new bed out along the road. Not quite enough to finish that area so I emptied out the partially done compost, forked what wasn't ready back in and spread the good stuff. Still not quite enough to finish but it no longer looks like I stopped halfway through. I am calling it quits for the day and making Primal friendly Snickerdoodles instead.

                  • I AM at 100!! 999 posts.

The Snickerdoodles are a keeper recipe. I'll be making this again. When you read the comments from other people who have made them slightly differently you can see that it is flexible. Next time I'm trying the butter and maple syrup.

Off to start a new journal somewhere.
