    I missed a couple of days of writing things down but I'm still going strong.

    7-5-11
    B 2 over easy eggs an apple and 8 oz of almond milk
    S apple and almonds
    L chicken with tomato zucchini carrots bellpepper mushrooms and onion
    S a Lara bar and later munched on a few baby carrots
    D beef shrimp and sausage kabobs with bell pepper and onion I also had a salad with lots of leafy greens tomato apple mushrooms and purple onion
