    hey thanks! glad somebody is reading it

    yes meatza is great im planning on making some more this weekend. last time i found the crust to be a little thick so i was going to try to make it more like real pizza where the outside rim of the crust is a bit thicker then the rest. i think that will keep the toppings from coming off too easily as well.

    when i did the low carb thing back a long time ago i did just what you mentioned, just ate the toppings. it works good because you get the pizza taste but it does seem pretty wasteful (money wise) maybe a trip to one of those all you can eat pizza places would fill the bill. they would probably get mad though if you just ate the toppings lol

      I may try making the edges a bit thicker as well.

      I'd say if you pay for it, they should be glad you're eating it!

        today i measured my waist and i am down another 1.5 on my waist for a total of 4.5 inches.

        i bought a new scale recently and on it my weight has been pretty much the same yet my old scale says i have lost weight. thinking about taking the new one back lol

                      no i still feel like crap. it all started with a cough after i was exercising i think its turned into bronchitis. its been a week now and i still feel the same

                                Well Done

                                Its always easier when all the family is on the same plan as the cupboards can be emptied of non-plan foods but you look to be doing great.
                                1st June 11 to 30st Aug 11 - 36lb removed in 13 weeks
                                Messed about on and off for the rest of the year

                                June 2012 - Had the practice - now time to do it for real
