Haven't done anything other than Chiro in a while ... most of my workouts are all core and lower body though, I think a part of the owie is due to the continued work on the patio. I've been doing a deep squat when I am shoveling up the crushed granite which is less stressful on my low back, but man it puts the S into sore in the glutes and quads !!
