      Yesss, he's a terrier/doxy/corgi thing; basically, he's really long with short legs and wiry hair.
      And I buy my beef chorizo from my awesome beef man. Chocolate stout=beer.
      Aaaaaand I do research in blueberry fields (homnomnom)


      B: Ground beef, eggs, buttah, coffee with cream!
      D: (Pardnah's birfday, we went out) Brisket, jalapeno poppers (only cream cheese and bacon filling, no breading, homnom), some beer, gelato, strawberry wine, beef chorizo with cheese.

      Activities: Sprinting with the dahgs
      Saturday's a rugby day ^.^

          This week sucks, but hopefully the worst of it is over.
          Also, apparently I am a thug.
          Whatev'

          Nommed on Chipotle salad thing, drank wayyy too much coffee, finished off broccoli mash with some beef chorizo, cheese, and avocado, and then had a smidge of chocolate and mint ice cream. Purposeful exercise has gone to shit, but I'm not overly concerned. The Pardnah' is back and brought me fancy beer that will likely be gone by the weekend, no shame.

                    Day one of new challenge: Low carb *dramatic music*

                    Tired of typing out what I eat, so here's the rough nutritional break down
                    Cal: 2010
                    Fats: 130 g, 59.6%
                    Prot: 161 g, 33%
                    Carbs: 36 g, 7.4%

                    Mood: Not too bad, feel kind of foggy, but I'm attributing that to staying up too late and broken sleep in the morning. Also, I have a huge sugar reserve after this past weekend, I'm sure.

                    Activity: Walked the dahgs, biked to work and the following

                    Squat 3x5, aiming for 100# with proper form
                    Push Press 3x5, eh, 50#

                    Followed by:
                    3 x 10 Broad Jumps

                    then....
                    As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes:

                    10 Supine Ring Pull Ups
                    10 True Push Ups

                          Day 2 of New Challenge: Low Carb

                          Cal: 2011
                          Fat: 133g, 59.5%
                          Prot: 159g, 31.5%
                          Carb: 45g, 9%

                          Mood: I'm a raging bitch and ramping up for bleeding time. Got endlessly frustrated with the dogs doing their typical antics on our walk today when I usually laugh it off. It probably doesn't help that it's abajillion degrees outside. I'm tired from attempting to go to bed early so I could wake up early. Only one part of that equation occurred. I feel the need to throw temper tantrums, that's hot.

                          Activity: Attempted to walk the dogs up the river, but it's still a bit too high, so we looped around the park. Biked to work and it was a field day so outside for a good chunk of it.
                          Will be doing the following after doggie obedience:

                          Deadlifts (sumo): 3X5, 100# (focus on form)
                          Static pull-up hold: 3Xmax effort

                          Followed by

                          Complete 5 rounds for time:
                          20 yd Bear Crawl - Crawl 10 yds turn and crawl back 10 yds
                          3 Deadlifts - 165 lbs (or 180, need to decide)
                          10 Lateral Burpees over the bar

                            Fat: 151 g, 60.3%
                            Prot: 176 g, 31.2%
                            Carbs: 48g, 8.5%

                            Mood: snooooore, can't wait till the weekend and sleeping in time. The heat is making me unmotivated.

                            Activity: Will be attempting to take the dogs out once it cools down. Pony riding for a little bit. Otherwise, rest day.

                              Fat: 147g, 60.6%

                              Mood: Slept well and woke up easily. Still a cranky face, stupid hormones.

                              Activity: Walked the blueberry walk, walking the dahgs, biked to work and the following:

                              Front Squat: 3X5, 65# (focus on form)
                              Bench press: 3X5, 65# (focus on form, test out cyst)

                              And

                              Sprint 1/2 Gasser
                              20 DB Hang Cleans
                              5 Ball Slams
                              Sprint 1/2 Gasser
                              15 DB Hang Cleans
                              10 Ball Slams
                              Sprint 1/2 Gasser
                              10 Dumbbell Hang Cleans
                              15 Ball Slams
                              Sprint 1/2 Gasser
                              5 DB Hang Cleans
                              20 Ball Slams
                              Sprint 1/2 Gasser


                              Whoops, I lied about it all, ended up eating some deviled eggs and a coconut bliss chocolate bar, bringing cal to 2469 and carb to 63 grams.
                              Skipped the dogs and the workout, the heat drains my motivation. Fortunately, no pressing need to be at work early tomorrow so workout and dahgs get top priority. Floating the river is also in the future.

                                Yesterday was a carb-up day, ate all the things. Made up the activities from Thursday, also floated a river and walked a shit ton more.

                                Today:
                                Ate more of all the things, but kept to low carb roughly. A bit of eating out so hard to gauge, but whatev'
                                Walked the dogs, but not much else. Planning a 12 mile bike ride tomorrow and some insect collecting adventures.
