    Food today:
    chicken
    guava kombucha

    Planned exercise:
    north river trail



    Goals:
    North River Trail OR weight lift every day.
    No dairy.
    Meats and primal veggies and fruit and kombucha and water only.
    Get pair of barefoot shoes.
    Don't weigh self.
    No cheats!
    Take fish oil/vit D/kelp/multivitamin/calcium as needed.

    Today I went with M to a farm. It was so charming and pastoral. Baby cow in a field of chickens. Little piglets playing around.

    I bought 3#'s of ground beef and two ~3lb chuck roasts. Everything is all natural organic 100% grass fed and wonderful. Hooray!

        salad with tomatoes, oil, balsamic, & more chicken
        two salmon patties
        grapefruit

        Exercise:
        hiked up the north canyon

        Notes:
        Got barefoot shoes for hike. Really love them! Hiked for three hours.
