  • 40 by 40 - a primal experiment

Yesterday was good! 2 hours of mid to low intensity yardwork. No sugar again (day 4), and only a few croutons (french bread) and little bit of fish breading (cornmeal, I think) as far as grains. And this was with dinner at a restaurant that makes incredible french bread and desserts.

Yesterday I was feeling euphoric, the low carb high, I think...then today I have entered the real carb flu season. Or maybe it's the rapture coming on? I'm sweating off and on and a little shaky, so I've been snacking in small bits all day.

It could be the Rapture... but it's probably the carb flu

It's either the rapture, or a brain tumor, or the same carb flu that everyone goes through - hard to say!
If you are new to the PB - please ignore ALL of this stuff, until you've read the book, or at least http://www.marksdailyapple.com/primal-blueprint-101/ and this (personal fave): http://www.archevore.com/get-started/
