  • GroKim - Freedom from Fat, Fatigue, Flatulence and Feeling Funky!

    Day 1
    M1: 2 eggs w/cheese and butter
M2: HUGE salad (romaine, chicken, eggs, sugar snap, seeds, feta, tomatoes, peppers, cauli, mushrooms) w/oil, vinegar
Snack: blackberries and nuts (almonds, cashews)
M4: Pork and Cauli w/cheese and butter
Evening Fail: ice cream and baby rootbeer float

Yeah. Bad day. Major pain issues with my shoulder/neck area and all around feeling like poo. I think my disease is flaring after 8+ months of almost total remission. I know that diet/exercise can keep it at bay so I need to get busy!

Haha, I'm loving the Freedom from Flatulence! I can't say I never fart anymore, but golly gee, not nearly as often as before.

And to think that years ago when I was first dating DH I was really worried about farting in front of him, because that Kashi Go Lean Crunch gave me the WORST gas. Of course we eventually become comfortable enough to fart in front of each other, but I sure as heck don't mind my present state of low flatulence!

Exactly Belinda! LOL Jane! For me there are two kinds, the "normal" kind and the "toxic" ones that really told me something was "wrong" in the old gut tubes!

I tell my DH that when I fart now "it's an event!"

I LOL'd at the title. I had some grains this weekend after being clean for a while...and OMG I was embarrassed.

After my grain filled weekend, I will never touch the shit again. Literally.
