    After losing 30 pounds to an eating disorder I'm hoping to use the primal/paleo lifestyle and hopefully the community here to help get my life back on track in regards to nutrition.

    so far today I've had:

    Breakfast:
    1 cup of black tea unsweetened with 10 g of coconut oil

    Lunch:
    Salmon 224g
    Guacamole 10g
    Brussels sprouts 155g
    Cauliflower 150g
    Broccoli 100g
    1 cup of black tea unsweetened with 3g of coconut oil

    Dinner

    Guacamole 1/4c
    chicken 3 oz
    mustard 70g
    Cauliflower 150g
    Brussels sprouts 50g
    Cashews 5g
    4 cup of black tea unsweetened

    Total:
    calories = 905
    fat = 40 g
    carbohydrates = 61 g
    protein = 85 g

          Goodluck, it's totally cool that you're doing this for yourself. I'm coming from an eating disordered background as well and i've found that primal eating has really sorted me out.

            Your lunch looks good (except for the brussels sprouts... I've had a phobia about them ever since I was a kid!)

                3oz turkey breast

                Snacks: 22g Chia Seeds, 10g macadamia,

                Dinner:
                Mustard
                6oz salmon
                21g Shrimp
                70g Brussels sprouts
                130g Broccoli
                55g Cauliflower
                4 Lemon wedges

                Total:
                calories = 1,415 C
                fat = 98 g, SF 67 g
                carbohydrates = 54 g, Fiber 20 g
                protein = 85 g

                Activity:
                walking around a amusement park
                Age: 18

                  30g Chicken sausage, roasted red pepper & spinach
                  1 Egg, whole, cooked, soft-boiled
                  26g Okra, frozen, unprepared
                  22g Chia Seeds
                  2g Kirkland - nuts, Cashews
                  3 cup of black tea unsweetened

                  Total:
                  calories = 963 C
                  fat = 47 g, SF 16 g
                  carbohydrates = 61 g, Fiber 32 g
                  protein = 86 g

                  Activity:
                  walking around stores the for the afternoon
