  • Sage's 30 Day Challenge

I stumbled upon this site ages ago but didn't fully realize its awesomeness until about two months ago. The success stories are all SO INSPIRING.

Since the beginning of last month I've been trying to get primal and stay primal but I keep screwing it up. Weight loss doesn't happen in one week, and my impatience gets in the way of things. I want to stay primal for at least thirty days--enough time to let the habit sink in and hopefully start seeing a pound or two drop away. I'm 140 now and I'd like to go to my ideal 120, though of course, numbers are NOT everything.

Stats as of May 1, 2011:

    Height: 5'4''
    Weight 140 lbs

Writing here about my progress is a great way to keep myself motivated. Wish me luck!

Welcome Sage! Here's wishing you luck! But if you do the blueprint, it's not luck, it's science.
    Ancestral Health Info

I design websites and blogs for a living. If you would like a blog or website designed by someone who understands Primal, see my web page.

Primal Blueprint Explorer My blog for people who are not into the Grok thing. Since starting the blog, I have moved close to being Archevore instead of Primal. But Mark's Daily Apple is still the best source of information about living an ancestral lifestyle.
