For some reason I have been hungry as hell all damn day today.....

Add the following snacks to today's intake....2 italian sausage/romaine wraps with spicy mustard and a pickle slice each, 4 squares of the "larabar" and at least 3 handfuls of pecans.

Working in the garden planting tomatos today....

B: 2 sausage patties and 2 eggs over easy

L: 2 pork brats with grilled onions.....

Thank God that constant hunger crap from yesterday is gone......

Based on my weight a few days prior to going primal, I have lost 41 lbs, BTW

A rousing game of whiffle ball was the exercise of the day.

As of 4:00 this afternoon I still wasn't hungry and I knew we were going over to the wife's brother's house for a Mother's Day get together. Upon inquiring what was on the menu I nabbed a couple pieces of bacon the wife was frying for her 7 layer salad and cooked an italian sausage and dropped it in a romaine leaf.

They were grilling chicken chicken breast tenderloins. As primal as that might be I would rather eat one of the toes off my vibrams...FTS.

I LOVE pork. I knew I loved pork before the journal, but after looking back over it I was like dayummm son, you REALLY love pork...and I do. Bacon comes from pork so what's not to love? Anyway, I had some venison backstrap thawed out so I took it to B-I-L's house and had every intention of tossing it on the grill. Upon arriving, he was using a gas grill........how uncivilized can one be???? I dared not subject my deer to that nonsense (plus, I didn't wanna share) so I hid it in the fridge and brought it home with me. I will be eating it tomorrow. There's a good bit thawed so maybe, just maybe we have a non-pork day in the making. I hope I survive.
