      Day 40

      B: 9 oz. roasted unsalted cashews
      L: 7 oz. roasted unsalted cashews, 24 oz. vanilla unsweetened almond milk
      D: 10 pieces of sushi, 8 oz. vanilla unsweetened almond milk

      I ate a whole bag of cashews that I was carrying with me all day. At night I went to celebrate a friend's getting promoted at his job at a sushi restaurant where I ate a piece of sushi from each roll that was ordered. Time to go deplete those glycogen stores!

      I'm back. I went and did 40 minutes of vigorous cycling, 5 minutes on an elliptical, and 15 minutes of weight lifting.

        S: 2 Sugar Bowl Bakery Madeleines, 1 Kirkland Signature White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie, 8 oz. vanilla unsweetened almond milk

        I went on a date today at a sushi restaurant, and so I cheated by ordering an unagi roll, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Then a friend introduced me to madeleines, which I've never had before and after eating one I just had to have another one. I ended up craving more sugar and so I had a whole cookie afterwards. Not such a great ending to today. I think I'm having a case of carb creep.

        Went for a midnight workout of 30 minutes of vigorous cycling and 5 minutes of weight lifting.

          L+D: Some beef and pork, 1 Kirkland Signature White Chocolate Macadamia Cookie, 11 Kirkland Signature Chocolate Chunk Cookie, 1 Kirkland Signature Oatmeal Raisin Cookie, 4 Sugar Bowl Bakery Petite Brownie Bites, 4 oz. Kettle Brand Zesty Ranch Chips, 3 oz. Nacho Cheese Doritos

          I spent most of today at a barbecue where I pretty much let myself eat anything I wanted. I hadn't originally planned for that to happen but these past couple of days I seem to be unable to resist eating bad foods when I see them. Sigh.

            S: 2 oz. roasted unsalted cashews, 12 oz. vanilla unsweetened almond milk

            I did 30 minutes of vigorous cycling and 20 minutes of weight lifting at night. I worked out my triceps for the first time today and discovered how much I am lacking in that area, so I am going to keep working on my triceps. I am also going to get right back on the wagon starting now. I feel terrible about all the horrible things I've been doing to my body these past few days. It tasted good in the moment but it's not worth it in the long run.
