    L: 5 oz. ground turkey breast, 1/2 cup broccoli, 2.75 cups cauliflower, 1.5 cups white mushrooms, 1/2 yellow onion, 24 oz. unsweetened almond milk
    S: 1 slice bacon, 3 organic eggs, 1 Hass avocado, 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk
    D: 8.55 oz. baked salmon, 16 oz. unsweetened almond milk
    S: 16 oz. unsweetened almond milk

    Super stressed out today. I have a midterm everyday from Monday to Thursday and I think the stress coupled with lack of sleep is making me want to eat more. Can't wait for the week to be over!

          D: Beef bibimbap (white rice, veggies, beef), 2 oz. multigrain sea salt pita chips, some watermelon, a few chunks of pineapple, a few bites of banana, 1/2 Fuji apple, one small mouthful of noodles, 3/4 cup Häagen-Dazs Rum Raisin Ice Cream

          Had a massive unplanned cheat dinner. I can't help feeling guilty about all the carbs, especially the ice cream :X And every time I cheat I realize just how it sucks and how much I don't want to go through the aftereffects ever again. But then I do it again sometime in the future. Why!?

            I went to Target today and couldn't resist buying the Magnum Double Chocolate Bars. I read several reviews online where people raved about how great they were and I really wanted to try them. I personally didn't think they were as great as they were hyped up to be, so I won't be buying those again. Plus, they're kind of pricey in my book.

            My parents don't buy in to the Primal way of life no matter how many times I explain it to them, so I am surrounded by processed packaged junk foods every time I come home. They think I'm crazy for eating bacon and eggs all the time because they think it's "too much fat." I can't wait to get back to school on Monday. I miss my bacon and eggs!

                      I ran for about 20 minutes, did sprints for another 20 minutes with short walk periods between each sprint, and lifted weights for 10 minutes.

                        L: 1 Lettuce Wrap Charburger w/o Mayo, 1 Vanilla Cone (2.25 cups vanilla soft serve) @The Habit Burger, 11.7 oz. frozen yogurt
                        D: 1 slice bacon, 3 organic eggs, 4.95 oz. baked salmon, 8 oz. vanilla unsweetened almond milk

                        I went out to lunch with a friend today and ended up getting ice cream as well as frozen yogurt. Talk about a sugar rush. I had massive protein cravings afterwards, something that I've never felt before. So I ended up eating lots of protein for dinner.

                        Did 12 minutes of step ups, 15 minutes walking, 12 minutes of step ups, 15 minutes walking, and 10 minutes of lifting.

                          Going dancing tonight!

                          Came back around 2 AM and couldn't fall asleep because I was hungry, so I ate 4.85 oz. roasted unsalted cashews, and 1.125 cups of plain frozen yogurt. :X

                            Woke up this morning and bicycled for 10 minutes, went on the elliptical for 10 minutes, and did weight lifting for 10 minutes.

                            I decided to go workout again to clear my mind and so I did 15 minutes of bicycling and 15 minutes of weight lifting. I think I might actually be getting addicted to the super sore feeling I get afterwards. Haha.
