    Decided to start a 30-day challenge journal. I've been trying to eat/live primal for a while now, thought it might be good to get some feedback. My weight loss hasn't really been what I would like it to be...time for a little accountability. And holding back on the macadamia nuts!


    I'm a 42 y.o. male, 5'9", 197 lbs. Trying to drop 20 lbs and get FIT!


    So, here is what I've eaten today. Beginning a 24 hour IF this afternoon.

    full-fat Fage 7oz

    1 T artisana coconut butter

    1 cup wild blueberries

    1 T heavy cream

    coffee


    L -

    big green salad with lettuce, spinach, red onion

    1 oz feta cheese

    4 oz roast chicken breast

    olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing

    black tea

    1 T heavy cream
