YAYYYY one of my many little goals was accomplished today! I CAN NOW BUY BRAS FROM WALMART!!! WOOO HOOO Went from a 36 G (Yes a G but at least they were not a J like they were when I was 199lbs!) to a 34 DD I wouldn't mind going down to a 32 B .. But whatever they do I'm so Happy I can buy CHEAP BRAS!
So glad it was beautiful day!! (ouch, the yellow!)

And I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. I was 34G at 165lbs, now I'm more like a 34F/32G (and of course the smaller band sizes are even harder to find) and I usually have to oder bras from the UK. My last bra I actually found in a specialty European lingerie shop in Denver and it was... $100 :/. But they ARE good quality. I got one for around $55 last time... and the strap broke on me after less than a year.
But alas, I get some financial help for my clothing and luckily my mother is obsessed with good clothes and underwear. But she's completly right about the underwear. I refused for years to try on a bigger cup/smaller band size because I was in denial that I had big breasts (I recovered from an eating disorder and gained a lot of weight and with that came the boobs that I never knew existed) and didn't want her to spend a bunch of money on something I didn't feel I needed. But, wearing something that fits correctly feels makes a difference and is way, way more comfortable. Don't sacrifice too much comfort by going for bigger band size at a regular store if you really need something like a 32DDD!
I, too, wonder where we'll end up ultimately. How tall are you? The last time I was 125 lbs I was around a 34C/32D (and now that I know more about fitting and European sizing I wonder if I actually needed a 30E), but I was also 16 at the time so who knows. And with some muscle, I'd rather be at least 130 lbs to be honest. More curves and hotness I've decided . But yeah, not buying $100 bras would be nice!

Lol yes the yellow is a little extreme.. I think I may change that I never realized how had it was to read.. But hey you know Beauty is not always easy to see, Sometimes you really have to look for it in order to see it... so maybe I will leave it the way it is

Ummm When I lose all my boobs.. can you send me pictures of yours? they sound Great! tee hee Lets see my breast story... Well I was bra dumb for a while.. So I would squeeze these girls into 38 DD's.. Up until I heard about getting sized ( I had no idea the bra sizes went bigger then DD, Ya I was that niave... ) So I went and got properly sized and my bra's went from a 38 DD to a 36 J.. I couldn't believe it actually.. I was like Wow no wonder my boobs looked like squished up bum cheeks.. They looked and felted a whole lot better. Plus! I looked a bit smaller cause they were now properly placed.. So I go back and get resized when ever I drop weight .. but not this time.. I should possible be a 32 E/F But I will go for the 34 DD even though they do *overflow a tad* I refuse to spend another 100 dollars on a bra that I will be to small for in a month or so! ( and swimming in my 36 G's just weren't cutting it for me anymore.. LOL) I'll go back and get resized once I get down to my ideal weight Hopefully I'll be a 30 C haha sigh .. I will miss the girls! ( I'm 5'3 )

I'm glad you've recovered from your eating disorder!!! I guess I had one too .. but mine was more along the lines of Everything I saw I ate.. my friends couldn't believe how much I would pack in and not weigh at least 300 lbs.. It was getting bad.. and yup I would have been creeping close to that mark if I were to have continued eating that way .. I love The Paleo Lifestyle!

Congrats!! Not a problem I personally have trouble with... (they have a nice range of 34A's!) But yeah, it's great to be able to get what you need in a 'normal' store and not have to run around in circles and spend tons of money to get what you need!

I used to be a 44D 5 years ago. I dropped down to a 38C in 2008 and am now back at a 36C which is where I was at 11. It's just a nice feeling to be "normal" and not feel like a freak of boobage.

Well I didn't complete the P90X Phase.. but those workouts are amazing thats for sure.. I will continue doing those when I have more time .. but as for now I moved on to a new life style change.. I am now a Paleo .. It's the caveman ways .. No Grains, Pastas, Dairy, Processed Meats and Legumes...

Only Lean Meat, Non Starchy Veggies, and Fruits!

So far Week one has left me 4lbs lighter and thats even over the xmas holidays .. <3

              Goal Weight =125

Starting Weight =177= 52 lbs to lose

              Dec 20th 2010- Dec 26th 2010 Week 1: -4 lbs =173 =48 lbs to lose
              Dec 27th 2010- Jan 2nd 2011 Week 2: -3 lbs =170 =45 lbs to lose
              Jan 3rd 2011- Jan 9th 2011 Week 3: -3 lbs =167 =42 lbs to lose
              Jan 10th 2011- Jan 16th 2011 Week 4: -1 lbs =166 =41 lbs to lose

Month 1: Total lost = 11 lbs WOO HOO Well I must say 1 month and 11 lbs gone without excercising is amazing! Changing the ways I eat really is a main factor in the weight game. sure I had a couple times during the last week while I did indulge on a tasty meatball that was probably made with wheat or oats or something on the *no list* and a doughnut which I may add really wasn't that good at all, it was bland and the chocolate coating was way too sweet .. blah. and the beef sticks that I usually love well tasted excately like plastic and I could feel a layer of that transfat crap or whatever it was lining my mouth .. it was absolutely disgusting. So Yes I have had my days of mmmmm I used to love that... but blahhhh never again will I be tempted towards those paticular items on the no list .. Gross. I was thinking of adding excercise in to the second month .. I'll probably do that when I am out of school.. might work better with more time we will see..

              Goals for month 2:

              -Drink More Water!
              -Lose 15 lbs
-Continue with the Paleo eating ways and if I have to continue finding foods that I am no longer interested in ever eating again.
-Finding more interesting Paleo foods for my children to enjoy

              Jan 17th 2011- Jan 23rd 2011 Week 5: -2 lbs =164 =39lbs
              Jan 24th 2011- Jan 30th 2011 Week 6: -1 lbs =163 =38lbs
              Jan 31th 2011- Feb 6th 2011 Week 7: -4 lbs = 159 =34lbs
              Feb 7th 2011- Feb 13th 2011 Week 8: -1 lbs = 158 =33lbs

Month 2: Total lost = 8 lbs lost!!! Woo hoooo!!!! Well month 2 was a bit of a struggle near the end It was Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Candy Candy Candy .. SWEETS!!! wow it was crazy sweet cheat time .. but I managed to put that trend to a stop and have been cleansing the good ole system again .. LOTS of water! went out for lunch a couple time, (well perhaps once) but still it was a great treat!! Sushi is YUMMYYYYY!!! I haven't been too strict with the boys on the diet, But have been encouraging them to eat more of the good stuff and less of the man made products.. hmmm.. I have also added the intermitted fasting into my eating style .. fast 19 hours and eat within a 5 hour time frame.. It's working pretty good, I'm not starving actually I am feeling very healthy since I have cut out the crap and I also don't feel like a slave to food, It doesn't own me 6 times a day (as the nutritionist say we should eat) I eat when I am hungry and stop when I'm not. It's great. It's also great to not feel *sickly full* after eating certain foods. I think this way of eating for me will be a keeper for sure <3

              Goals for Month 3:

              - Continue drinking plenty of water
              - To lose another 15 lbs ..
              - Just to be me and enjoy my new thoughts on food and enjoy the benifits of eating great <3

              Feb 14th 2011- Feb 20th 2011 Week 9: -0 lbs= 158 = 33lbs
              Feb 21st 2011- Feb 27th 2011 Week 10: -0 lbs= 158 = 33lbs
              Feb 28th 2011- Mar 6th 2011 Week 11: -5 lbs= 153 = 28lbs
              Mar 7th 2011- Mar 13th 2011 Week 12: -0 lbs= 153 = 28lbs

Month 3: Total lost= hmm only 5 lbs this month .. But still DOWN 5 LBS!!! Woo hooo !! This next Month I am doing the Whole 30 The Whole30, Version 3.11 | Whole9 | Let us change your life. I won't be updating my weekly weights because I am not allowed to look at the scale for the next 30 day. It's more about how I look and feel rather then the number on the scale.. (Although it's going to be really hard for me because I have become a scale addict!

              Goals for Month 4:

Do be a successful *Whole 30* grader!
and try out the Primal Exercise program

              Mar 14th 2011- Mar 20th 2011 Week 13: -3lbs= 150 = 25lbs
              Mar 21st 2011- Mar 27th 2011 Week 14: -0lbs= 150 = 25 lbs
              Mar 28th 2011- Apr 3rd 2011 Week 15: -3lbs= 147 = 22lbs
              Apr 4th 2011- Apr 10th 2011 Week 16:

I find the lack of magenta disappointing.

Great journal. About time we got some color around here, though being a guy I was not sure what magenta was until now >.>

Why not we have the option to do it .. and it takes all of 2 secs to change the color .. makes it us unique as we come together as one..

I had a look at your photos on the before/after thread, you've made such amazing progress already, I'm very impressed. And you look much happier in the last photo.

I can see where the magenta comes from...I do believe you had something that colour on you in each of the photos .

Have you done the Ketosticks? I know they are not that reliable and crap but sometimes I use them just as booster of confidence. Nothing feeling better than being in Ketosis.. makes you feel accomplished... but no matter what even after my near 80 lbs lost I never got the Ketosis breath or taste... strange...

Well actually I have heard of Ketosticks.. But I don't think I will be running down to the store to buy any. I don't know for sure if I am in Ketosis .. but I will just believe I am .. lol It doesn't really matter to me if I am or not If I am still heading in the downward zone. BUT if I am in Ketosis like I think I am .. then I am mighty pleased with my self.. And if I am not .. well I am still mighty pleased.. cause I don't know the difference anyways .. lol Thx though for the name .. I might one day go and get them out of curiousity!

i have considered buying ketosticks and really buckling down (again) on carbs but since i'm lifting and working out every day i don't know yet... i want to get a feel for what my body needs first and foremost... anyway... i'm more of an indigo or royal purple girl i'd add violet but apparently it's not an option lol

btw, i'd love to see your before and afters--can you link me? wonderful progress!
