    Primal day one official journal entry:
    B: two eggs, black coffee w/coconut milk.
    S:almonds and sunflower seeds
    Laleo salmon patties
    D:Going to make- Rowe farms meatloaf

    Move frequently at a slow pace: went on a 1/2 mile hike with the kids.
    Play: chased a lizard with the littles, caught it!

    Im excited about officially starting my primal journey!

    L: kraut and beef weenies
    D: pan fried London broil steak with zucchini, onions, mushrooms, and broccoli..all cooked in kerrygold butter

    Excercise: 1/2 mile hike

          D: Rowe farms meatloaf with sweet potato medallions cooked in kerrygold butter and cinnamon. Mmmm

          PBF: hiking for about an hour. Worked in the garden. Cleaned house.

              Oh it was wonderful!! The veggies mixed in, instead of crackers or bread crumbs, kept is very moist.
              It's actually a blog about a premade paleo friendly meatloaf but I didn't know that so I made it on my own!

                  S: three leftover taco chicken wings
                  L: pan seared salmon with avocado
                  D: portobella mushroom pizzas

                  PBF: cleaned house and played with the littles but forgot to sprint until after dark.
