    Here it goes.

    I have read primal blueprint over a year ago and know the lifestyle change works but have trouble sticking to it. So, I thought I would start a journal to help me keep track of my weight loss and hopefully this will help me stay the course.

    I have taken Marks Damage Control Master formula multi vitamin for 1-1/2 years and 2 months into taking these vitamins felt better. I also take extra doses of fish oil & vitamin D. (This helps with a stressful job).

    I have not posted on any forums before but I hope to post everyday so that I can be on the road to my goals and stop the up & down dieting.

    Any encouragement is greatly appreciated.

    Great idea, stick with the journal and the rest will follow. What are your beginning stats? Sometimes it's good to have a record to look back on. Good luck.

      So far today:

      Breakfast:
      3 eggs scrambled ( This is the norm since my wife & raise a few chickens)
      1 cup of tea
      6oz of raw milk

      Lunch:
      Grass fed Hamburger with onion only
      Bowl of frozen blueberries with locally grown Honey on top ( I run the bluberries under hot water to warm them up a little) Also, my wife & I freeze them fresh during the summer.

      Afternoon Snack:
      Hand full of Almonds (raw of course)
      6 oz of raw milk.

      Dinner:

      Not there yet but going to a family outing with lots of non-organic foods & loads of bread pies & cakes. I will try to eat minimum amount.


      Excercise: I plan on going out in the yard to work.

        Rocky Road - 2nd day

        Breakfast:
        3 eggs
        1 cup of tea

        Lunch:
        Left over ground grass fed hamburger w/onion
        Left over sausage week (3 days ago)
        1 bowl of frozen blueberries w/honey

        Snack::
        Handful of almonds

        Dinner:
        Family out at Applebees; Had the oreintal chicken salad
        Came out and had 6 oz of raw milk.

        Excercise: none today

          Day 2

          Breakfast:
          4 eggs
          1 cup green tea

          Lunch:
          1 bowl of buffolo (bison) roast
          1 medium apple

          Snack:
          2 handful of Almond
          6oz of raw milk

          Dinner:
          1 Bowl of hamburger w/onions
          1 bowl of veggie soup (canned in the summer from the garden

          exercise: Worked in yard (moderately)
          1 cup green tea

            B:
            2 eggs
            1 cup tea

            Snack:
            Handful of Almonds

            L:
            Hamberger with onion

            Snack:
            1 apple

            Dinner:
            1 Bowl of Ground Turkey
            4 Handfuls of Almonds
            1 Bananna
