    Well...I was meant to start this yesterday >_<
    So this will be a 2 in one =D
    Firstly...
    Hi I'm Aneira, but most people call me Aria because it's easier to say!
    I'm Welsh but currently live in New Zealand.
    I Love to draw, cook and splash around in puddles and I do p90x for fitness (currently in week 4 of 13)
    My goal is to be healthy and strong.


    *Yesterday (Saturday Feb 26th)*
    Breakfast: coffee and a fried egg 'pancake' ( Kinda like an omelette but thin and no filling, just beaten up eggs)

    Lunch: Whey protein and half a pear.

    Dinner: 2 burger patties with a large salad.

    A cup of tea after dinner.

    Workout for the day was an hour and a half of yoga

    *Sunday Feb 27th*

    Breakfast: coffee with milk

    Lunch didn't end up happening because we went and met people at the beach and didn't get time to make snacks...but that's ok because we were having so much fun we didn't feel hungry until we started heading home!

    A cup of tea before dinner

    Dinner: fried fish with onions, celery and pumpkin (the pumpkin was from our garden)
    2 slices of cheese.

    Sunday is my rest day from working out, but we were running around on the beach, walking through the bush and playing in the water from 1pm til 4.45pm.

    I hope I'm doing alright so far ^__^
    Week 5 of p90x starts tomorrow.

        Day 3

        *Feb 28th*

        Day 3 =D

        Breakfast: protein smoothie with 3 scoops of whey protein, a small banana, a handful of berries and 200 mls milk. (shared between me and my other half)
        Coffee
        Lunch: half a can of tuna with some salad and some yogurt
        Cup of tea
        Dinner: Left over pumpkin soup and a slice of cheese
        I still felt hungry after we finished the soup so I had another protein shake
        Cup of tea

        WOD: p90x Core synergistics ~1 hour

          *March 1st*

          Breakfast: coffee w milk and 1 sugar.
          Lunch: protein smoothie same as yesterday
          I kinda got really hungry and shaky mid afternoon and had a plum, a slice of cheese and a carrot >_<
          tea
          Dinner: tomato stew with some grated cheese.
          Today was a bit of a fail...I wouldn't have gotten shaky if I had eaten something more substantial. oh well.

          WOD: p90x Plyometrics

            Funny, some days I don't need to eat anything and others I can't seem to get enough food.

                      Came home late last night so updated today
                      Breakfast: coffee
                      Dinner: we ended up being out and had a great time so we didn't end up eating until dinner...which was a frittata.
                      we also ended up having a little dessert but since it's my first real 'cheat' I'm not too worried =)

                      workout: p90x core synergistics we also went for to play at Ambury park farm.
