    Day 12


    Habits are hard to break...I weighed myself this morning! 138.2 lbs

    Whoooo-hooooo!


    B: 3 scrambled eggs w/ wholly guac and salsa, glass of Lactaid milk

    L: Pork chops w/ pineapple and bell peppers salsa, veggies. I did a good job eating out for lunch today. Mashed sweet potatoes came w/ the meal. I had a bite of it and decided to eat carbs elsewhere. I love sweet potatoes. The change is working!

    S: 1/2 banana and 1 tsb of Almond butter

    D: assorted raw fish (5 oz), 3 pieces of sushi roll, vegetable tempura


    WOD

    6 Push Jerks X 6 at 35#

    1 Push Jerk at 55#

    4 Push Jerks X 2 at 65#


    AMRAP in 8 min

    50 Jump Rope (Singles)

    4 Sand Bag Getups (25#)

    Result = 5 completed rounds + 49 JR

      Day 13


      B: handful of almonds, a few sips of a nasty Odwalla Super Protein drink (I was running late for a flight so I thought I would try the Super Protein drink - not good - nor low carb)

      B2: eggs, sausage patties

      L: hamburger patty w/ cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, jalepenos, and salsa w/ french fries (yummy french fries! I controlled myself and didnt eat all of it)

      S: almonds

      D: 8 oz steak w/ brocolli, cantaloupe pieces for dessert


      Rest day no WOD

        Day 14


        B: 2 fried eggs, 2 sausage patties, cantaloupe cubes

        L: Brisket, vegetables, queso and chips (client lunch where Mexican food is good is tricky)

        S: Almonds

        D: Ribs, french fries


        No WOD. Looking forward to Friday's crossfit!

          I feel great! Sleeping better! Moods are even! More energy!


          PW: 2 apple slices

          B: 2 scrambled eggs w/ salsa and wholly guac, glass of lactaid milk

          L: pork chop and greens

          D: garlic beef, onions, 1 tofu spring roll,

          3 Rounds of 400m OH 25# Walk/Run and 25 weighted Squat Jumps 25#

          I hustled on the WOD. Thought I was going to cry w/ those OH walk/runs. Feel very proud of myself.

            Day 16


            B: 3 egg omelet w/ onions, jalapenos and mushrooms. Chicken sausage

            L: pork chop and green beens

            S: 1/2 a tiny apple w/ almond butter, sea salt almonds, few pieces of shrimp

            D: Mexican food galore at a party. Drinks and dessert.


            Great kettlebell and jumprope work out this am!


            30 sec on and 10 sec rest

            4 Rounds of American KB swing 25#/Russian KB swing 25#/Goblet Squats 25#/Jumprope

              Day 17


              Weighed in at 140 lbs today. I'm not surprised that I'm at Day 17 and weigh in at 140 lbs today. I havent been very primal for the past few days. I also forgot to account for the ice cream I had on Friday night. He hee heee


              It's been pleasant not to count calories. I do feel better, more energy, sleeping more soundly, etc. The general shape of my stomach has changed since going primal.


              Today is rest day for working out and maybe primal eating. Grokina has a hankering for pancakes this morning.

                Day 18


                Great workout today. I will no longer be posting my WOD results for I am journaling it somewhere else.


                B: 3 scrambled eggs w/ salsa and wholly guac, a glass of lactaid milk

                S: 1 teaspoon of almond butter

                L: Korean short ribs and bok choy, blackberries

                S: 1 teaspoon of almond butter

                D: chix breast w/ veggies, glass of red wine, and a glass of milk

                    Day 20


                    Back down to 138 this morning. It's amazing what happens when I follow the PB.


                    Good WOD today. Still need to work on my runs.

                    40 KB swings prior to dinner and leasure 30 min walk after dinner.

                    L: Protein shake w/ 1/2 glass of milk, fruit, almond butter

                    S: hard boiled egg, almond butter scoop
