    I am going to take the 30 day challenge to live more Primal. I could stand to lose about 10 pounds but most of all I want to find energy!!! I never make it past three days of any workout program I develop, I am tired, run down and my blood pressure is starting to creep upward. I want to build muscle and find more energy. I am hoping to post daily my food intake, my morning bp reading, and exercise for the day....here goes

    You've made a good choice! I think you'll find that this way of eating/exercising feels so good that it's not so much a "program" as what you enjoy doing.
