m going to input my food intake into sparkpeople.com with altered goals. I want to have my carbs somewhere between 50-100g.
Breakfast: coconut flour pancakes with butter and syrup (ouchy) need to find something else to put on my pancakes... homemade jam with no sugar maybe... hmmm I`ll have to think on it. Bacon, glass of milk.
