I'm glad I have my pre-primal measurements up there as a baseline. (I also have a couple of photos but I'm too chickenshit to post them.) I'll re-take my measurements every four weeks; that seems like a reasonable interval for tracking progress. Again, thanks very much, eraserheadgirl.
In other news, I got in a nice walk this afternoon, did a set of 15 knuckle pushups (on my knees, so I can go really deeply and work my triceps), and two hangs. My muscles are still complaining, but not as much, so I think I'm being reasonable in my work so far. No corn again today, and more veggies with dinner: broiled salmon steak, roasted cauliflower, and a yam with coconut milk, cinnamon, and allspice for dessert. So yummy!
