    Here it goes! Day 1:

    B: 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon

    WOD: 30 minutes of bodyweight conditioning

    S: 1 handful almonds

    L: 1 cup grean peas w/olive oil, 5 oz chicken breast

    S: 1 handful almonds

    D: 5 oz pork loin, 1 cup brussel sprouts
