    I figured why not start a journal since I've lost 48lbs and have hit a plateau. Maybe tracking my calories will help me find out why I am stuck.
    B: 3 eggs 1/4 cup onions 1/4 cup ham 1/4 cup cheese
    4 tbsp cream 2 cups coffee
    4 pieces of bacon

    Problem: ton of fat not enough protein 2 many calories for a 210lb 6'1 body just for breakfast.:

    Started P90X Monday 4-4-11
    Under 50 carbs a day this week.
    Friday had 2 diet cokes with rum.

    Monday-chest & back
    Tuesday-Plyo
    Wed-off
    Thurs-Shoulders and arms
    Fri-Off
    Saturday-Kenpo
    Sunday-???

      12-9-12 Day 1 of Whole 30
      BF: 2 eggs and water
      L: Spring Mix salad with walnuts and olive oil.
      S: Walnuts 1 cup
      Have had a caffeine headache since 9am but I got this.
      D: Pork tenderloin
      Water all day blah!

        BF: 3 eggs with green and red peppers
        L: Salad with olive oil- took 3 bites maybe forgot to put in fridge at school. Warm salad sucks ass.
        D: Pork tenderloin leftovers and to my delight a cold salad
        Water all day blah!

          Wednesday 1-11-11
          BF: 2 eggs with green and red peppers. Black coffee-still not use to black. Prefer my big ass cup of ice with 1/4
          L: Walnuts-yep that's it totally forgot about the salad. Must be a sign because normally at lunch I could eat the glue sticks my kids use for crafts at school.
          S: cup of almonds
          D: 2 hamburgers with broccoli
          Water all day blah!

            One thing I've noticed is my energy. I have been washing dishes and picking up after the baby more than normal. I feel like I could do whole 30 all the time if I could have a few things: ketchup, flavored water, and salad dressing.

              Thursday
              BF: 2 eggs with green and red peppers and 3 pieces of bacon.
              L: 2 hamburgers with 2 cups of broccoli
              D: roast with onions- I suck at roasts. I can cook anything but a great roast. Come on Man!

                Good job so far jedward- why the forcing of yourself to drink water? If you don't like black coffee what about adding some whole cream to it? Some times I get some natural fresh honey from a local bee guy and put a little in my coffee.

                    Lemon helps when I'm at home took some today to school and it was better.


                    Good job so far jedward- why the forcing of yourself to drink water? If you don't like black coffee what about adding some whole cream to it? Some times I get some natural fresh honey from a local bee guy and put a little in my coffee.

                    I'm doing whole 30 so now cream or honey. ARGH!

                        BF:nothing. I woke up and threw up the meat and salsa. Miserable.

                          For whatever reason I have no appetite I'm drinking plenty of water but I almost feel gross when I eat. Dunno.
