He has agreed that Ranch dressing won't count against me.
Make your own ranch with dry ranch seasoning, sour cream and HWC. That's what I do and it tastes way better.

    • I'm getting disgusted with my buying fresh produce, only to have it be rotten or moldy in 3 days.
Most people don't realize how much energy it takes for me to pretend to be normal.

If I wanted to listen to an asshole, I'd fart.

      • Rotten or moldy? How freaking humid is your fridge? Ours'll dessicate before rotting, usually. Fruit seems to be the exception to that, and I can usually get at least a week out of it before it starts heading south.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, steak in one hand, chocolate in the other, yelling "Holy F***, What a Ride!"

        • Sweet potatoes on the counter. Stuff in the fridge generally takes a week or more.

          • Huh. I guess our kitchen's just freakishly dry, then. I've never had a sweet tater or tater go bad on me on the counter.

            • Need to get serious about working out. Did 1 set of 20 each of step 1 pullups and squats(Convict Conditioning). I should do it at least once more today, probably twice. I think my belly fat isn't going away because I haven't been building enough muscle to really burn it. I've lost about 15 pounds, but the belly fat doesn't seem to be shrinking much...

              • And my cheating is going to cost me $711. I'm sure that if I'd quit eating sugar, my allergies wouldn't be anywhere near as bad and I could drive with my windows down instead of fixing the AC. Grrrr.

I have to drive without AC in my car. The compressor costs $400 as you have to get it from the dealer and my car is worth somewhere between $1k-$1500. Stumpy says it just isn't worth it to fix it. His car doesn't have working AC either. I was pouring in sweat this morning on the way into work.

I would, except for I can't breathe when I get too hot or it's that windy.

That's how I used to be. Quitting sugar helps. I just had a massive headache when I pulled into work.

                      • Ouch. Is it an allergy to west Texas or a certain plant?

                        • Allergy tests say I'm allergic everything or nothing.

                          • I might have to tell BS that he has to go Primal so I'll actually stick to it...been very bad about sugar and such.

                            • I've figured something out. I'm stressed as hell over this whole wedding thing. Not the idea of getting married, but the wedding itself. I think I've been stress-eating: lots of sugars and carbs.

I think we need to start simplifying everything, from our possessions & clothes right on down to our food and things we're involved in. There just doesn't seem to be much time for fun lately, and we both seem so tired...

                              • I came to that same conclusion abt a month ago. I'm starting with possessions and people, then I'll go from there. The friend purge on facebook was the first hallmark of it.
