      Use coconut milk or water! 1 of our favorite smoothies is coconut milk, whey protein powder & frozen berries.

                    Are you taking any magnesium supplements? Try taking one of the ones that en in"citrate" (the oxides are crap.

                    Congrats on fitting into that trashy dress! Leopard, how primal!

                      It's normal in the first bit to have that carb flu...so the headaches etc. will go away.
