  • Happy new year to you!

I'm one year and 5 weeks into primal. It's just so awesome. Friends of ours are starting their journey tomorrow. I'm psyched for them.

Looks like your 2011 was awesome, what are your thoughts/goals (primal-wise) for 2012?

    • And happy new year to you too, Paleobird. Hope it's a great 2012 for you.

            • Happy New Year Paleobird. 2012 is going to be my year and you are my source of inspiration along with some others here on this forum. I'll be 49 this year and I want to head toward 50 in much better shape and much lighter.

                  • I'm reading Paleobird's journal in hopes of learning more about my daughter's seizures. I have read the last one, and this one, and am on page 63 of the second one.

Does anyone know if she took her seizure alert dog with her to the Kilimangaro region? I didn't see any mention of him in regard to the trip.

What a gal PB seems to be!!

No, I do not believe that she brought her dog with her.
