I have enjoyed Marks Daily Apple and have dabbled with the Primal Lifestyle since it seems so natural. I just bought The Primal Blueprint book and am excited to read it. My goal is to live the Primal Lifestyle for September, I hope through this to drop my bodyfat percentage, sleep through the night and wake up without my body feeling older than the 42 years it is. Longer term I hope September is just a starting point to a permament change in my lifystle!
