    First time journaling; hopefully this will help me stay a bit more on track


    B: 2 egg omelette, 1/2oz. cheddar, 1/2 cup mushrooms, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, coffee w/splash of whole milk

    S: 8 Oz. Whole Milk, 1 scoop whey, 1 apple


    WOD 5:00 p.m.: "X-treme Conditioning" at a local MMA gym


    D: 3 oz. ground beef, slice cheddar, 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 small onion


    S: 8 Oz. Whole Milk, 1 scoop whey, 1 oz. raw pecans
