      Thanks Bedouin
it has taken me some years and it is constant work.
I come from an overweight family.
Thankfully Mark's daily apple I have managed to change my mother (you wouldnt recognise her now!), my father and my younger sister's life. They are much more aware of what they eat and that they need also need to exercise.

I like your name choice by the way! Northern Africa? I am from the Southern part of the continent.

last night out of nowhere, I decided to take bert and britney (my english bullies) for a long walk. the air was still wet from the rain and we hit the road. it was a 45 min walk that left owner and bullies sweating.

        Breakfast
        - 209 gr green beans
        - 4 eggs
        - 2 kiwis
        - 1 cup green tea with cinnamon powder (helps keep sugar levels regulated throughout the day)

Obs: although I did not sleep as much i should last night, i feel more energetic. Suspect it has something to do with my carb increase.

        Lunch
        150 gr sweet potato
        150 gr tuna
        some mixed veggies

        mid afternoon snack
        1 kiwi
        30 grams of grilled chicken

        dinner
        ratatouille
        grilled turkey
        piece of cheese
2 tb spoons of almond butter (i know! i couldn't resist)

tonight i have a cross fit workout:
        5 rounds for time of
        5 back squats @ 70% 1Rm
        7 x GHD SU
        10 x Pull ups

        post workout snack
        4 brazil nuts
        2 medjool dates
        1 tbs fish oil

After that I will take my babies for another long walk before i go to sleep.

the last two days have been quite hectic...

poor sleep. had a cup of coffee in 2 years and ended up shacking like some junkie gone cold Turkey.
meals have been starch free. loads of veggies and protein.

Took fruit off my diet just to see how body reacts. So far so good and a constant source of energy from my own body.
No dairy either and getting rid of it has helped me shed some body fat (maybe water??) in two days...

              see how this goes.

been walking quite a lot extra with the dogs. Good for me, but good for them too )
