    In this journal I'll include my primal trainings (the easiest part of the primal blueprint for me) as well as anything else about the PB that doesn't have to do with the gut. Hunting, sports, martial arts, LHTs...

    Bought a pull up bar for home and some push up bars.
    Trained LHT at home. Jack Knife Press, Incline Push ups, Squats, Pull ups/chin ups, Hand feet planks. They were difficult for me, but I did it. I felt pretty motivated and excited, I suppose it was the novelty of training at home. Energy level was high.

    Spent the day hunting, that means about 5 hours of walking.

    LHT, I was able to do the vast majority of the exercises in just two sets. Highly motivated and energized. They are becoming easier.

    I plan to rest, I may go to the beach so that means some playing too.

        11/09/10 Hunting all day
        12/09/10 Went to a local organic food meeting with a friend, played for the first time in years with the skateboard he gave to me for College. Fell to times, J'm fit enough to land well.
        13/09/10 LHT at my new home
        14/09/10 Moving around a lot to know the new city, etc. Resting with a cold bath at home.

          15/09/10 LHT, was able to complete level 3 of all the exercises excluding pull-ups/chin-ups and side planks.

            16/09/10 Partying with my mates, didn't drink.
            17/09/10 Resting at home (travelling and shit too)
            18/09/10 Hunting day
            19/09/10 Barefoot grass sprinting near our recently built organic chicken pan.
            20/09/10 Resting.
            21/09/10 Started doing LHT (including some level 4 exercises) and I was able to complete the first cycle, but I run out of time and had to go to class.
            These last too weeks I'm keeping an average of +9hours of sleep each night, which is really good for the cold I had.

              From 22/09 to 26/09 was rest + moving a lot slowly in nature and playing
