    Hi everyone,

    It's my first day of eating Primal, waiting for the Primal Leap to arrive and looking forward to the 30 day challenge. So much passion for this and success from what I have read.

    Here goes, goodbye old unhealthy life.


    1. Eat lots of animals, insects and plants.
    B:-IF
    L:- Pork Chop marinaded with tabasco, bacon chunks and chillies fried in beef fat, Savoy Cabbage and Spinach steamed then buttered, scrambled eggs with milk and chilli sauce
    Snack:Punnet of Raspberries, shot of espresso
    D:- Gammon Steak, Egg, cabbage, green tea
    Probiotic supplement, vit D, Fish Oil
    S:Blackberries and a glass of Roja (Not REALLY a snack ;-) )

    2. Move around a lot at a slow pace.
    Walked my dog Ruby in the forest

    3. Lift heavy things.
    Did leg assisted pull ups on a tree and standing pushups against other trees, installed pull up bar at home

    4. Run really fast every once in a while.
    Some sprints when walking Ruby picking target trees to hunt and sprint to

    5. Get lots of sleep.
    9 hours last night

    6. Play.
    Practised hammer ball juggling and practised my golf swing

    7. Get some sunlight every day.
    cloudy, took vit d 1000iu

    8. Avoid trauma.
    all good so far

    9. Avoid poisonous things.
    so far so good

    10. Use your mind.
    read free ebook on Primal Fitness and listened to audiobook of "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintainence", did coursework for my NLP and Hypnosis diploma


    Current weight: 266lbs
    Goal weight:- When I look great naked!!!!

          Holiday over, and last blow out before doing the 30 day Primal Leap.

          All info received since I was away and ready to rock and roll

          Weight and pics done

            L:- Blackberries/Raspberries and a few chunks of cheese
            D:- Cheese and Bacon Omlette, tomoto and avocado in olive oil
            Probiotic supplement, vit D, Fish Oil

              L-Nandos chicken and fries(bad choice) with frozen yoghurt drink (never again)
              D-Couple of lumps af cheese and 3 pieces of bacon, cup of tem with milk and sugar(rare for me) and a piece of cake(eaten to be polite, too late to get into a scene, long story)

              Double shot cappucino and some water

              A poor day for food, but I am realistic as to how long it will take. I am very pleased I noticed what was wrong and intend for this to improve as time goes by.

              Measured body fat on home scales BF=37%, weight 263.2lbs

                  Weigh in after a week away and unable to be totally primal. Weight today 260lbs, body fat 35.9%.
