    Well I'm glad to hear that it wasn't just easy peasy for you right off the bat... I mean, not GLAD, but... glad that if it's hard at first I'm not alone. haha.


    I'm going to have to really focus and work toward eating more protein though... I eat maybe 50-60g on a good day. Today I've had 2 eggs, some almonds, turkey meat, and now edamame (I know not primal but we had it in the fridge) and I think I'm still only around 40g.


    Need some chicken and fish and beef and stuff! Not my usual fare.

    Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.

        How many meals a day do you typically eat? What do you typically eat w/ your meat and how much of it? How many calories, on average, do you eat a day?


        4 oz of meat per meal seems a little small to me. If appetite is a limiting factor, maybe if you reduce your side items and increase your meat serving, that could help you increase your protein consumption.

            First Crossfit Element Class:


            So, it was a great one-on-one session with the trainer. It wasn&#39;t really a full workout. More of an intro to Crossfit and a few exercises (form is key).


            Pull-ups (Form)

            Sit-ups (Form)

            Squats (Form)

            Tabata Squats (that was tough, finished with 11)

            Tabata Push-ups (even harder, finished with 5)

            Deadlift (we went over proper form with pvc)


            looking forward to learning all the other exercises over the next 3 weeks! I&#39;ll keep you posted.


            Meals:


            B: 3 Eggs + Sausage Patty +Green Tea

            S: Apple

            L: Turkey Cutlets w/Mixed Greens

            S: Mixed Nuts + Med.Banana

            D: Pork Chops w/Mixed Greens

            S: Mixed Nuts

                  Hand Stand push ups

                  Ring Dips

                  Kipping Pull up concepts

                  Back Squat

                  Sumo Dead Lift High pull

                  10min of:


                  pull ups

                  push ups

                  squats


                  Did 6 rounds....tough one.


                  Meals:


                  B: Eggs w/sausage +green tea

                  S: Banana w/mixed nuts

                  L: Steak w/ mixed greens

                  S: Apple w/mixed nuts

                  D: Chicken + 2 eggs

                  S: Protein Shake (no carb, rbgh free)
