Ok, so I've been on a Paleo diet for a month now, and I'm definitely reaping the benefits, but I want to take this a step further. I'm doing crossfit as well, but part of my goal is to start playing more. Reap some of the benefits of getting fitter and stronger by going out, climbing on some stuff, going swimming in the ocean, etc! So that's my challenge, keep eating healthy, keep learning more about eating healthier, and get outside to PLAY!
