    Breakfast:


    Cherries

    Almonds


    Lunch:

    1 cup vegetarian Chilli.. with beans and soy crumbs


    Snack:


    Peach + few almonds


    Dinner:


    Spinach salad and Protein shake.


    Workout:


    Sprint Training:


    5 min - warm Up

    10 intervals of max sprints

    5 min rest

    20 min - walk

    5 intervals of jog

    5 mins of cool down

    Soy or soy products is not primal.

      I agree.. Soy is not Primal... and I am trying not to eat it often.. but it is one of the few sources of protein that i can get...since im a vegetarian.

          yes, I do eat eggs...that is my main source of protein.. since i am trying to go low on cheese...
