    I want to:


    > workout every day or at least 5 days a week

    > cut out bread, I have been trying but lately the cheating has been getting out of hand

    > cut out snacks

    > overall, go more primal


    I have been working on this stuff for a while now, so it shouldn't be too hard to just go with it.
