    According to fitday I had 45%fat,25%protein,15%carbs B: 2 eggs with veggies

    S; nothing

    L: Salad with tons of veggies, avocado, and 1/2 can of salmon

    S: nothig

    D: flank steak and grilled veggies

    2 glasses of wine Probably blew it but my calorie total wa too low.

    Also, did a cross fit workout today

    500 meter row

    21 burpees

    300 meter run

    3 times

    super hard but great sprinting all the time

      I definitely struggle with the snack approach - I think it is psychological - thinking that I will need it !!

        I have been doing great on my eating but struggle with wanting a margarita at the end of the day. hmmm

            Yeah we were out of red here at the house, so tequila got the best of me. I alcohol free for 3 dyas at least. . .at least until our date on Wednesday or Thursday night. ANyqay I am pretty proud of myself for noaving no bad carbs just a tiny bit of fruit for a week!!!!Off to a tabata workout!

              I've been jonesing for a margarita, too! Labor day it will happen as it is becoming tradition for two friends and I who have bithdays around that time. Can't wait!
