Well above and beyond my initial challenge goals, I would like to add journaling every day to the list... I am terrible at it. I have been on several different "diets" over the years and most recently have been following Precision Nutrition guidelines, which have been more of a lifestyle than a diet.
After reading MDA for a few days (found Mark on twitter!)the PB sounds like it will make a lot of sense for me. I am eagerly awaiting my book to arrive, but in the meantime will get started on the challenge (which I will start tomorrow)
