    Meh! I'm doing the same thing. But then, I've been sick and haven't had much activity. Your body is probably just making adjustments. Don't sweat it overly much!
    Starting Weight/BMI: 184/29.7

      That is what I am doing bobbing LOL. I hit 202 and then I have been between 204 and 203...it will give...it always does right? You are doing fantastic!! An inspiration.

        Hey everyone, I'm still plugging away - it seems I lose 2 weeks of the month and stall the other two! I'll let you ladies guess what is happening those two weeks, lol. upped the walking a little bit, doing 5-6 miles a day and 7+ on the weekends. 166.6 today!

        Oh I forgot to mention something; my coffee intake really climbed without my realizing it and next thing I knew I was drinking 3 big coffees a day - the result was that I felt MUNCHY every night. Now I have weaned myself down to one morning coffee and I'm back to rarely ever feeling hungry. Phew!



        That is the graph from loseit.com, an iphone app I use to track my foods and excersizes, I just like looking at it :^)

          Hi ruby, nice to *meet* you! I just read through your journal as a little treat for myself this AM (yes, I'm a success-story voyeur, going around this site looking for inspiration!) and you are definitely providing the inspiration. Thanks for posting your photos. The differences are astonishing. You have gotten even prettier since you started the journey. That must feel great!

          Especially, her very first post in the thread really set me straight. I had been bemoaning the fact that my weight wasn't dropping, and beating myself up, even though my pants were getting looser! I notice you seem to have some down days in your journal when your weight is not behaving as you would like it to, but thinking about it differently may help. Anyway, Batty's advice has saved me some pain, and maybe it can help you too.

            Thank you, Jazmin, I know the scale should matter the least! I'm up .4 since yesterday but I helped a friend move when my upper body is sore like I have muscle growth happening so all is well, lol.

                You are doing great Ruby!! I have found that I only lose 2 weeks out of the month now too, but hey I am still losing. I will take it, I am not going back to SAD so it will all eventually come off in the end. Keep up the great work!!

                      I have a question regarding the site you use to take your eats. Did you have to physically add all the nutrition info.? I am finding the database extremely limit. Am I missing something?

                        I have found that almost everything I eat is in loseit.com, otherwise I use the closest thing - there is only one food I added manually, and that's the Goddess dressing. For instance for chicken salad I just use lunchmeat - tuna spread, it's close enough

                          OK its been a while since I updated, but things are going very well. I reached my goal of 150 by xmas (well OK the day AFTER xmas but close enough!) got some gift cards for the GAP and found I wear a size SIX jeans and medium coats and small tops!! I was a size 22 in May!! Pictures soon.

                          Walking has been interrupted, I now walk maybe 4 or 5 days a week instead of 7 due to weather but I'm still losing at about the same rate.

                            That is fantastic Michelle, can't wait to see the pics!! I got pregnant so weightloss has been on hold but trying hard to stay primal for this pregnancy.
