174 on the nose today; thanks everyone your words are SO encouraging - I finally feel that after 5 months of (let's face it) really hard work the work is starting to pay off!

I meant to put my measurements when I started:

          bust: 52
          waist: 42
          hips: 47

          today:

          bust: 43
          waist: 34.5
          hips: 41

I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to take lots of inspiratin from you because you are fantastic! I know you have worked really hard.. but it just shows that if you put the work in you get results. I'm still skirting around being truly PB and thusly feel fat and bloated. Gotta get serious.

                171.4 today!

I hope you do take inspiration because I sure needed it when I started, and I know this is the most overused sentence in the entire universe but "if I can do it anyone can" LOL! When I went 100% things changed, and when I took charge of my household and started leaving every single night to walk, things started moving for real. The results are snowballing, I'm losing a little faster than I did the first 3 or 4 months. I think this is because I have built up so much more muscle my resting metabolism is higher.

Ruby you are doing fantastic!! You and I are about the same age. I will be 37 in a few days and my starting weight was close to yours, I am 5'11" though but seeing you shrink is fantastic and inspiring!! I am into my 3rd week and I am down 8lbs since starting. I hope I can keep up the pace you have!! I do run though and walk, was doing P90X before I started PB, now I just trimmed down the amount of days I do it. Keep it going girl you look great!! That 2nd pic of your face is fantastic, younger, cleaner skin as a result.

                    Hi Ruby!

Saw your photos on the before/after thread and just wanted to drop by and say how inspirational your journey has been and to keep up the amazing work!!!!!! I totally feel you on the sports bra issue (I'm 34FF UK size)--this is the one I have, and my boobs have never been happier!: http://athleta.gap.com/browse/produc...r&kwid=1&ap=14

Another one you might want to try that I've heard really great things about (can't vouch for it personally) is the Last Resort Bra from Title Nine:
                    http://www.titlenine.com/product/313801.do

Title Nine has a really great return policy as well if you need a different size or want to try a different bra. Good luck!!!!!!!!!

I do some IF, usually by having just one meal a day and usually by simple neglect lol.

Thanks everyone! I did end up getting a sport bra a lot like that one from title nine and it is working out OK, I might go for a run later

                            Thanks, Just4ME!

Sunday the 10th I walked almost 9 miles in two bouts, 4 miles early in the day and another 4.86 miles in the night. I felt like I could have walked forever. Yesterday I did a mere 10-11,000 steps because I was visiting my friend in the hospital and bringing her some real food (versus hospital slop).

Holding steady at 171.4, going to break into the 160s by Sunday!

Good for you! I have days like that, but just not as often as I would like. The days that I do are usually when I've slept well and the weather is nice.

grrrrr broke to 170.4 or so this week but am bobbing up and down 172-171 and that is frustrating! It's awful to come to another week the same weight as the week before.
