Just registered for the site and I'm really excited to see if my new diet/workout plan sticks for once... I've never lasted longer than a few weeks and I'm scared I'll be the first 18 year old girl to have a heart attack. I'm not overweight I just binge eat (no purging) and NEVER exercise. Walking up stairs leaves me out of breath which is just sad, and I have no muscle or flexibility anymore. Also giving up alcohol! Woo hoo. Tomorrow at 8 the new routine begins morning workout, breakfast, grocery store for some fruits and vegetables, then a bike ride! Wish me luck, I'm gonna need it.
