Friday, Aug. 7 - Morning 208 lbs. I'm in a walking boot style cast, calf strain. Tore the calf muscle about 2 months ago and have been re-injuring it ever since. It feels better so I go out and play, then mess it up again. The quack says to give it a couple of weeks to really heal. Primal style feeding should help me reach my primal challenge goal.
Wednesday, Aug. 12 - Morning 209.5 Double bummer. I can't figure out why I seem to be stuck. I'm staying pretty primal with the grub. Oh well, it's shoulder day at the gym. Forgot to mention that Monday was chest day, and Tuesday was back day.
Saturday, Aug. 15 - Morning 207 lbs. I did a linear least squares fit on my weight data. Current trend shows I'm not going to make the goal of this challenge, sigh. Going to Healdsburg today for a hand-made guitar show.
