                        Meals:

                        Last night-Baked chicken(local, but probably not pasture raised), Chard (cooked with olive oil and onion)

                        Breakfast-Two fried eggs, half a mango

                        Lunch-left over chicken and chard, some slightly sweetened rhubarb


                        Snacks:

                        Last night-couple of hands full of macadamia nuts

                        Today-small apple
