    Friday, Aug. 21 - Morning 209 lbs. Swam a little this morning and stuck leg in hot tub. Arms yesterday at gym. Bike tomorrow if leg holds up.

      Saturday, Aug. 22 - Morning 206.5 lbs. Leg is holding up, so I'm going on a bike ride.

        Sunday, Aug. 23 - Morning 207.5 lbs

        Monday, Aug. 24 - Morning 208 lbs

        Seems clear that I'm not going to reach my challenge goal.

          Here is my experience with losing 35 pounds over since Jan 1st of 2008. There were months when I did everything right but the weight would not go away then like magic my body would lose 2 to three pounds and I would go on to a 5 pound weight loss.


          Don't give up, keep the faith, you will be rewarded when your body decides to give up on the weight.

                          Tuesday, Sep. 1 - Morning 202 lbs. Don't know why the sudden drop in weight. Not that I'm complaining. I suppose it's some sort of temporary anomoly.

                            Wednesday, Sep. 2 - Morning 206.5 lbs. As I suspected, weight increased. Didn't eat much yesterday so I'm guessing daily weight variation must have a lot to do with how much water is in the body.
