    Jerky cut into pieces, nuts, grapes, cherries, cheese/string cheese (if you eat dairy), homemade trail mix, carrot sticks... lots of portable snacks! Can you bring a lunch box with one of those freezer pack things in it?

    Eating lots but still hungry? Eat more fat. Mid-day sluggishness? Eat more fat. Feeling depressed or irritable? Eat more fat. People think you've developed an eating disorder? Eat more fat... in front of them.

      Peaches with homemade whipped cream

        Thanks for the tips on snacks. Unfortunately he doesn't have enough teeth to chew on jerky or carrots, and he isn't old enough for nuts yet. He can have cheese though. I think I could bring some sort of soft cooler pack for the snacks.

              D: Lettuce wrap with grilled chicken, red pepper, olives, cheese, spicy chipotle sauce

              Sauteed eggplant, zucchini, onion


              S: Apple with almond butter and honey
