    My goals =

    1. start excercising

    2. gain muscle mass

    3. nightly sleep 7 quality hours

    4. meditate daily

    SLEEP - not so great. about 5 hours.

    MEDITATE - am


    B - eggs with butter and coconut oil

    L - roast beef with onions and duck fat

    *snack - coconut spread

    D - salad (lettuce,avacado,tomato,onion,sardines,avacado oil, lemon)


    EXCERCISE - walk mutts 1/2 hour in am

    2 hours garden work in pm (shoveling, digging, pulling up fence, moving compost pile)


    A good start I would say!

      B - eggs with coconut oil and butter + decaf coffee

      L - salad - greens, tomato, sardines, onion, avacado

      olive oil/evoo dressing

      D - broccoli, beef + onion, coconut oil, duck fat


      MEDITATE - not :-(

      EXCERSICE - walk mutts 1/2 hour am

      garden work = shoveling, laying bricks,

      moving chicken coop

      SLEEP - 3hr + 4hr not bad but want it all at once!
