    I get catered meals M-F, so while I eat factory farmed food, I do the best I can.


    Lunch: Spinach + mushrooms + cauliflower, salsa, herb butter, poached salmon and beef pot roast.

                S: two 60% dark chocolate ghiradelli squares

                  Let's see, last night had another paleo kit, and then went on a date... which ended up with me drinking three glasses of bourbon/whiskey. Not the best thing in the world, but not the worst.


                  Day 5:


                  S: Paleo kit


                  WOD: 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 snatch


                  4 rounds for time:


                  20 weighted walking lunge steps


                  10 knees to elbows

                        D'oh, we ordered Indian food at the office:


                        * Lamb, chicken tikka masala, lots of bok choy.

                        * A few pieces of naan with jack cheese. It was delicious, but was it worth it? Definitely feeling some sort of carb brain drain right now.

                          A friend had a birthday party, so I had a few glasses of bourbon + tonic water and vodka.


                          Then, in my drunken stupor, I ate a burrito and some nachos.


                          Well, back at it on Day 7. Started off the day with a WOD:


                          Front Squat 5-5-5

                          AMRAP 10: 10 inverted burpees, 10 pullups, 10 burpees
