      Day 9 started out with a WOD:


      Run 1 mile, rest, Run 800m, rest, Run 400m, rest, Run 200m, rest, Run 100m. Rest = 5min


      Breakfast: 2 poached eggs, scrambled eggs, strawberries and lox.

            Oh yeah, Day 9's Dinner was a chicken salad (with Just Chicken from Trader Joe's) I snuck it four pieces of sushi. I ate a partial paleo kit later that night while watching a meteor shower.

                    D: Three scrambled eggs

                    Late night violation: three glasses of bourbon and a little beer + two slices of pizza.
